Outsourced Payroll Services
Sending and receiving data to and from your payroll provider is essential. Restaurant365 collects all the time entries from your POS solution each night and makes labor accrual entries for you in your financial statements. At the end of the pay period, you can easily review the labor by employee or by location and then send it off to your outsourced payroll service. Restaurant365 has integrations to ADP, Paychex, and Ovation which enable you to import the file you receive back from them after the payroll has been processed. This saves loads of time normally spent making lengthy journal entries.
As part of the Restaurant365 Marketing module, we tie into your existing website for measuring and tracking site traffic. Additionally, we also have a “forms capture” feature that automatically adds participating visitors to your contact database inside of Restaurant365. No need to retype these new contacts.
